Stephen has many years working with children and teens in the wellbeing space. He builds rapport with his younger clients by integrating humour, play and listening without judgement.
A trusted educator and counsellor he works with students in private, public and independent schools, in group and individual sessions. In the USA he became proficient in a percussion based protocol for adolescents at risk and further trained in Australia. He has developed somatically therapeutic activities and workshops specifically for primary and secondary student groups. His “What’s Right with You?’ Workshop supports conversations and challenges ideas of Year 9-11 girls.
Our aim is for all our trainings and educational workshops to be as fun and engaging as possible so the information sticks and is simple to apply.
Our facilitators are accredited teachers, coaches or psychology practitioners and draw on experience in: Applied Positive Psychology, Strength based Play™, Team Management Systems® DRUMBEAT® Remo®HealthRhythms Adolescent Protocol® and Lego® Serious Play®.
