Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes, in fact your first session will be a 15 minute chat at no charge, to see if we are a good fit, whether you want to continue with me, and whether I'm the right person to work with you. If not, I may make a referral to another counsellor or therapist.

Do you have an office I can come to? I would prefer in-person.

Sessions are offered online and in-person. Contact us to discuss the best option for your needs, or make a booking.

I can't afford to pay much. Can you help me?

Get in touch and let me know your situation. I'm happy to work out a solution if you are someone who needs the support.

What do I need for an online counselling session?

Telehealth requirements lists the equipment and environment you will need to hold a confidential online session with us.

What qualifications do you hold?

Stephen Heart holds a Masters in Counselling from Monash University and is a certified practicing counsellor with the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

I have a client or patient I want to refer to you. Do you take referrals?

I'm happy to receive referrals. Please get in touch.

Are you an NDIS provider?

Yes, Stephen Heart is a registered and fully qualified NDIS provider.
