Sometimes life can be complex, missing something significant or overwhelming, causing anxiety and distress. When you are experiencing greater stress, fractured communication, lack of supports and the pressure to “Thrive and be your best self!”…when you need someone to listen and help you navigate life’s challenges…Mudita Counselling are here.
Everyone could use a little help sometimes.
A counsellor listens without judgement, working with you to address your obstacles and challenges, so you don’t feel so alone and overwhelmed. A good counsellor is unbiased and supportive, with a range of therapeutic tools to support you, to start putting your thoughts in order and turning your situation around.
This is a very common feeling and can be a sign of anxiety or depression. A good counsellor can take you through some simple assessments, pinpoint the source of the feelings and help you set achievable goals and begin to move forward.
If it all feels too much, just take just one step forward. Book with us.
Sessions are available face-to-face (in-person) or online using Zoom or similar software. Telehealth Requirements will help you verify you have what is needed for online sessions.

My experiences within the armed forces, education and health sectors and private industry have shown me that no person is exempt from moments of grief, anxiety and struggle. Everyone needs to feel heard. Whether you need a qualified and experienced listening ear — or a more involved therapeutic cognitive-based plan — your journey to healing begins here by simply asking for help.
I have a special focus on men’s issues, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression and psychological distress. I bring a wide range of valuable experience and passion to my work and, when we’ll supported, believe in my client's ability to find their answers.
